The PA Capitol kicks the US Capitols Ass!

First I need to apologize for not posting sooner. My schedule is hectic right now, but keep checking back bitches!
Yesterday I took a trip to Harrisburg, our state capitol. I had a couple of meetings there, but I ended up with an unexpected surprise. If you live in PA I highly suggest you go and visit the state capitol. IT IS BEAUTIFUL. It's kinda crazy but PA has a more beautiful capitol complex than the US Capitol.
So there I am in the State Capitol building, having a meeting with the Senator from my District, and 2 people I know pass by me. Then as I am being escorted by the Senator to walk on to the Senate Floor (Which is awesome, but I wasn't allowed to take pictures) I see 1 more person I knew. So, here I am on the Senate floor talking to other Senators when the Lieutenant Governor walks in. She walked over an introduced herself and we chatted. Then she invited me back to her office to chat some more. Ok, it might seemed lame to you, but I was shitting my pants. The second most powerful person in all of PA just asked me to chat with her! It was pretty cool. Katherine Baker-Knoll is a known across the country, and has relationships with Bill Gates, The Pope, Collin Powell, and many more influential people. So as we are walking to her office, I see more people I know and she invites them to join us in her office.
It was a great experience, we all sat in her office for almost 2 hours, discussing politics, Pittsburgh, and she gave a very in depth history of the Capitol Building.
Get this, she even invited me to stay at her home that evening, she was having a dinner party and wanted me to join her! Sadly I had to decline, but she said the invitation always was open.
So anyhow that's my great road trip story... I thinks its was a amazing experience! If you don't think so, get your head out of your ass and get involved in your government and community!
Here is a link to the pics I took on the trip! Enjoy!
